The cosy combined kitchen and living room is facing south and equipped with all the necessary appliances, such as microwave, electric oven with four hotplates, refrigerator, dishwasher, SAT-Flat TV and radio as well as a dining corner and sofa.

The two double bedrooms are comfortably furnished, ideal for a relaxing sleep.

The beautiful bathroom with shower is spacious and bright.

Bathroom and toilet are separate.

The large south facing balcony is only at the disposal of our guests.

Sufficient linen and towels are available.

WLAN access, Electricity, heating and water are included in the rates.

The use of the garage in our house is free of charge.

A single payment of € 35.- for the cleaning at the end of the stay as well as local tax are not included.
